Shipping policy

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout step. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any applicable customs duties or import taxes on international orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package. If the order cannot be recovered or is delivered to the incorrect address, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
